Take advantage of our offer to save money the next time you purchase any
property. Just call us when you are ready to purchase a property that you have found on your own. We'll
draw up the offer to purchase and get the transaction closed in a timely and professional manner.
We will work for 50% of whatever the Buyer's Agent Commission is. For example, if a property is sold for
$400,000 with the selling agent getting 3% of the sale price, in lieu of accepting a $12,000 commission, we will work for a 1½% commission ($6,000),
thereby reducing the cost of the home to you by $6,000¹.

¹ Some states prohibit
rebates under the theory that a broker can only share a portion of
his/her commission with another licensee. Therefore in states
where this is the case, we will simply take a lower fee from the seller
and ask the seller to pass their savings with us on to you by giving you
a lower price on the property. Either way, you save!!
